The process includes: Site survey → Negotiation of price and lease conditions → Reservation or signing of MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) → Implementation of investment procedures → Signing of the official lease contract.
Land is calculated based on a one-time price for the full project lifecycle (VND/m²). Factories are calculated based on a monthly rental rate (VND/m²/month), plus management and service fees depending on the zone.
